Recipes
I approach cooking like a big science project, slowly tweaking ingredients until the result is incredibly tasty. Here is some tastiness.Garlic Bread
Makes: Enough for one loafInstructions: Get some good french bread, cut it in half and butter it up. Mix the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt together. Spread this mixture over the bread, then sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
I usually stick the bread in the oven at around 300 degrees for a half hour on a bottom shelf to melt the butter, then set the oven to high broil, and move the bread to an upper shelf to toast/brown the top a little.
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
